Our Deep Cleaning & Sanitization Process

1. Surface Cleaning
   We start by wiping and cleaning surfaces with a disinfectant that leaves an antimicrobial barrier. Stubborn dirt gets extra attention with scrubbing, if needed, to ensure a spotless finish.
2. Natural Disinfection with Cold Fogging
   Using an ultra-low volume fogger, we apply Anason Eco—a non-toxic, chemical-free solution. After fogging, we let the area settle for four hours with the air conditioning set to 23–26°C for optimal results.
3. Steam Sanitization
   Finally, we apply steam up to 180°C, creating an intense thermal shock that kills or reduces bacteria, viruses, and other impurities. This method dries quickly, helping to prevent mold buildup.
