Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff, including establishing schedules, assigning duties, and monitoring performance to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Operational Development: Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures to streamline cleaning processes. This includes defining cleaning protocols, setting service levels, and establishing quality control measures.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and negotiate favorable pricing.
  • Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their cleaning requirements, address any concerns, and provide excellent customer service. Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning operations, including labor costs, equipment maintenance, and supplies. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations. Establish and maintain relationships to secure favorable pricing, timely deliveries, and reliable services.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and implementing new technologies to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in cleaning operations management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience in budget management and cost control.
  • Knowledge of cleaning protocols and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
