Admin Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and online research.
• Present our cleaning services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
• Customize proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and market demands to position our cleaning services effectively and differentiate ourselves from competitors.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, revenue projections, and market trends.
• Continuously update your knowledge of our cleaning services, including new offerings, features, and benefits, to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the cleaning services industry or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and team members.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
